RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage daily production work.

• Assign work to operators and helpers.

• Check employee attendance.

• Monitor daily production targets.

• Check product quality.

• Maintain worker discipline.

• Coordinate with machine operators.

• Report daily production details to management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma / Any Degree preferred.

• Manufacturing experience preferred.

• Ability to manage workers.

• Good communication and leadership skills.
