Production Supervisor

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to manage day-to-day manufacturing activities in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and production schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute daily production activities in coordination with the Production Manager or Shift In-charge.
- Supervise production operators and workers to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
- Ensure proper operation, cleaning, and maintenance of production equipment as per SOPs and GMP guidelines.
- Verify Batch Production and Control Records (BPCRs) and maintain production documentation.
- Ensure line clearance, equipment status labelling, and proper area labelling before and during production.
- Monitor in-process checks and ensure compliance with approved manufacturing procedures.
- Report deviations, incidents,



and equipment breakdowns to the concerned superior.
- Coordinate with Engineering and Maintenance teams for equipment breakdowns and corrective actions.
- Implement and follow up on Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) under the guidance of the superior.
- Ensure timely completion of production targets and adherence to production schedules.
- Manage manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
- Maintain departmental cleanliness, safety, hygiene, and GMP compliance.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure uninterrupted production operations.
- Communicate manpower requirements and operational issues to the Shift In-charge or Production Manager.
