Role Description The Production Supervisor is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations in the process instrumentation division. This role includes coordinating production schedules, allocating resources, and monitoring workflow to ensure timely completion of orders and adherence to quality standards.

The Production

Supervisor will lead and support production teams, provide direction on work priorities, and ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.



The role also involves collaborating with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve issues, optimize production processes, and maintain accurate documentation and reporting. Continuous improvement of productivity, cost efficiency, and delivery performance is a key focus of this position.

Qualifications

- Strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, performance monitoring, and coaching.
- Experience managing production schedules and production planning within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in production management, including workflow optimization, resource allocation, and adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams and providing clear guidance to production staff.
- Prior experience in industrial, mechanical, or process instrumentation manufacturing is preferred.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or similar methodologies is an advantage.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications related to process instruments and assemblies.
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Industrial Production, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
