Job Title: Quality / Production Supervisor
:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Quality / Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations and ensure product quality and production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production activities and ensure timely completion of targets.
- Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to defined quality standards.
- Identify and resolve production and quality-related issues.
- Coordinate with workers and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain production records and prepare basic reports.
- Ensure proper use of machinery, materials and manpower.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory).
- Positive understanding of production processes and quality control.
- Strong supervision, problem-solving and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
