Production Manager – Garment Manufacturing

WEVOW, a women’s ethnic wear brand specializing in sarees, designer blouses, and handcrafted garments, is looking for an experienced and responsible Production Manager to oversee garment manufacturing operations at our Barasat unit.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of garment production, workforce management, quality control, and production planning.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, and supervise daily garment production activities.
- Manage and coordinate with tailors, cutting masters, pattern masters, and production staff.
- Ensure timely completion of production orders as per deadlines.
- Monitor garment quality and maintain required quality standards.
- Manage production workflow and optimize workforce productivity.
- Track fabric, trims, and raw material requirements.
- Minimize material wastage and production delays.
- Identify and resolve production-related issues.
- Maintain production records, daily reports, and output details.




- Ensure discipline, punctuality, and smooth coordination within the production team.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in garment manufacturing or apparel production.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, stitching, cutting, and finishing.
- Experience in saree and blouse manufacturing or ethnic wear production preferred.
- Good team management and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage production targets and deadlines.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
