Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Production Executive to manage and monitor daily production activities in our food manufacturing unit. The candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in the food or FMCG industry, with positive knowledge of production planning, quality standards, and production operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and manage daily production activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Plan and coordinate production schedules based on business requirements.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the given timelines.
- Monitor raw material usage and minimise production wastage.
- Maintain product quality and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
- Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and store departments.
- Monitor production staff and ensure proper work allocation.




- Maintain daily production reports and records.
- Identify production issues and take necessary corrective actions.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are followed on the production floor.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in production, preferably in the food manufacturing or FMCG industry.
- Good understanding of food production processes.
- Knowledge of production planning and inventory management.
- Ability to manage production staff and daily operations.
- Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Responsible, proactive, and capable of handling production activities independently.
