Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented Production Engineer with experience in automobile manufacturing, preferably in camshaft manufacturing. The candidate will be responsible for managing production activities, ensuring product quality, achieving production targets, and improving manufacturing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, monitor, and control daily production activities.
- Handle camshaft manufacturing processes and production operations.
- Monitor CNC machines, grinding machines, and other manufacturing equipment.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, PPC, and Stores departments.
- Monitor rejection, rework, and machine downtime.
- Implement 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement activities.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and work instructions.
- Maintain production reports,



shift reports, and daily MIS.
- Optimize manpower and machine utilization.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in automobile manufacturing.
- Experience in camshaft manufacturing will be preferred.
- Knowledge of CNC machining, grinding, and manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of production planning, quality standards, and shop-floor management.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
