Role & responsibilities
- Ensure execution of the daily production plan as per the production schedule.
- Allocate manpower and assign responsibilities to operators and production staff.
- Ensure timely execution of manufacturing activities such as dispensing, sifting, granulation, drying, blending, compression, coating, and capsule filling.
- Monitor production activities to achieve shift-wise production targets.
- Ensure optimum utilization of machines, manpower, and materials.
- Minimize production losses, process delays, and equipment downtime.
