Wellbeing Medicure Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Product Procurement Coordinator to manage product sourcing, supplier coordination, purchasing, and procurement operations for our medical equipment and healthcare products business.

The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills, knowledge of procurement processes, and the ability to identify reliable suppliers and manufacturers while ensuring competitive pricing, product quality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, evaluate, and develop relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors in India and overseas.
- Source medical equipment, disposable medical products, healthcare consumables, and related materials.
- Request quotations, compare prices, negotiate commercial terms, and finalize purchasing agreements.
- Prepare and manage purchase orders, supplier quotations, and procurement documentation.
- Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers regarding product specifications, packaging, quality, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor procurement timelines and ensure timely availability of products and materials.
- Maintain supplier databases, price lists, product catalogues, and purchasing records.
- Coordinate with inventory, warehouse, sales, and logistics teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.
- Research new products, manufacturers, and market opportunities.
- Verify relevant product documentation, certifications,



and regulatory compliance requirements in coordination with the quality or regulatory team.
- Monitor procurement costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality.
- Handle supplier follow-ups, order discrepancies, returns, and procurement-related issues.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or product sourcing preferred.
- Experience in medical devices, healthcare products, pharmaceuticals, or medical consumables will be an advantage.
- Strong vendor negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and procurement or ERP software.
- Good understanding of purchase orders, quotations, inventory management, and supplier coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple vendors and meet procurement deadlines.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of Malayalam and Hindi is an advantage.

Preferred Candidate
- Experience working with medical product manufacturers or distributors.
- Knowledge of domestic and international procurement.
- Familiarity with OEM/private-label product sourcing.
- Understanding of medical product packaging, specifications, and quality documentation.
