Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic, technically proficient, and execution-oriented Product Manager to drive the end-to-end product lifecycle across custom software development and AI-powered digital solutions.

The role involves translating business objectives and client requirements into well-defined product strategies, roadmaps, and actionable development plans.

You will work closely with clients, business stakeholders, UI/UX designers, developers, QA engineers, and technical teams to ensure the successful conceptualisation, development, deployment, and continuous enhancement of software products.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of product management, software development processes, Agile methodologies, and emerging technology solutions, with the ability to balance business priorities, user needs, and technical feasibility.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap Management

- Define product vision, strategy, objectives, and development roadmaps.
- Identify business opportunities and translate them into viable software products and solutions.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and product discovery.
- Prioritise features and product enhancements based on business value, user needs, and technical feasibility.
- Manage product lifecycle from ideation and planning to launch and continuous improvement.

Requirement Gathering & Product Documentation

- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business challenges and functional requirements.
- Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and development tasks.
- Prepare Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), and functional specifications.
- Define user journeys, workflows, acceptance criteria, and feature requirements.
- Ensure clarity and alignment between business expectations and technical implementation.

Software Development & Technical Coordination

- Work closely with engineering teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Coordinate with developers,



UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and technical leads.
- Manage product backlogs, sprint planning, feature prioritisation, and release schedules.
- Ensure software solutions align with product requirements, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
- Evaluate technical feasibility and coordinate solutions to development challenges.
- Oversee product testing, deployment coordination, and post-launch improvements.

AI & Digital Solutions Management

- Identify opportunities to integrate AI capabilities into software products and business workflows.
- Work with technical teams on AI-powered applications, intelligent automation, and AI agent-based solutions.
- Understand the practical applications of APIs, LLMs, workflow automation, and third-party integrations.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities for product innovation.
- Ensure AI-enabled features address genuine business needs and deliver measurable value.

Client & Stakeholder Management

- Act as a key liaison between clients, business stakeholders, and internal technical teams.
- Conduct product discussions, requirement clarification sessions, and progress reviews.
- Manage changing requirements, expectations, and product priorities.
- Communicate product roadmaps, development progress, and delivery updates.
- Ensure alignment between client expectations, business objectives, and technical capabilities.

Product Performance & Continuous Improvement

- Monitor product performance, adoption, usability, and customer feedback.
- Identify opportunities for product enhancement and optimisation.
- Track product KPIs and development milestones.
- Drive continuous improvement through data-driven product decisions.
- Ensure products remain scalable, reliable, and aligned with evolving business requirements.

Required Skills & Competencies

- 4–5 years of experience in Product Management,



preferably within software development, IT services, SaaS, or technology-driven organisations.
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and SDLC.
- Experience in product strategy, roadmap planning, and backlog management.
- Proficiency in requirement gathering, analysis, and product documentation.
- Hands-on experience preparing PRDs, BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with software development concepts, APIs, databases, and application architecture.
- Experience working with Jira, Confluence, or similar product management tools.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centric product development.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience managing custom software development or SaaS products.
- Exposure to AI-powered applications, LLM integrations, and business process automation.
- Experience working with web and mobile application development teams.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, API integrations, and microservices architecture.
- Experience managing international clients or multiple concurrent product requirements.
- Previous experience in software development or business analysis will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Permanent Pay: From ₹700,000.00 per year
