Product Manager 2 (VS)

We’re looking for a Product Manager II to take this high-impact product and turn it into a growth engine. This role blends customer empathy, GTM thinking, and product innovation — building video experiences that work across geographies, languages, devices, and user sophistication levels.

We Are the Perfect Match If You:

- Have 3–5 years of product experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, fintech, or high-volume consumer platforms

- Are from a Tier-1 engineering or business school and bring strong analytical and business thinking

- Care deeply about outcomes — adoption, conversion, completion rates, revenue — not just feature shipping

- Love talking to customers and turning what you hear into better product decisions

- Can think GTM across demographics — urban, semi-urban, low bandwidth, multilingual, assisted vs self-serve

- Enjoy experimenting with product-led growth and organic adoption loops

- Are comfortable owning client conversations and representing the product externally

- Like working in fast-moving environments where you build, test, learn, and iterate

What Your Day Would Look:

- Owning the end-to-end experience of Video KYC and Video Services across industries and geographies

- Running client calls to understand how video is used in real onboarding, fraud, and compliance workflows

- Identifying friction points, drop-offs, and opportunities in video journeys and fixing them with product innovation





- Driving organic growth through better UX, smarter flows, and stronger customer voice in the product

- Partnering with Sales and Solutions to shape GTM strategies for different customer segments

- Launching new features that improve conversion, completion, trust, and scale

- Using data, experiments, and customer feedback to decide what to build next
