:

- The principal responsibility of this position is to provide technical product support to Oleo customers, primarily for Buffer Stop projects.

- The successful applicant will be responsible for providing the correct product solution for customer projects. This is achieved by analysing customer specifications and running appropriate simulations, using Oleos cutting-edge Digital Twin simulation software.

- Through in house training, the Product Engineer will build a robust knowledge of Oleos world class energy absorption technology and will work to promote the large product range to Oleo’s global customer base.

Roles& Responsibilities:

- Responsible for providing technical support to customer from initial project concept through to delivery.

- Analyse customers requirement and by working to Oleo’s standard procedures,



complete analysis / calculations and simulations to propose the most technically proficient and commercially appropriate product solution, necessary simulation documents& solution outline drawing to our customers.

- Prepare technical documentation according to client’s requirements, using pre-defined templates for customers throughout the project phase.

- Frequently engage in meetings with customers& visit to customer locations as part of the tender/application/technical support to customers.

- Interact closely with colleagues in Sales, Design Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, Production & Marketing at all Oleo plants.
