About WTF

WTF (wtf.fitness) is India's full-stack fitness company: 11 brands on one operating system - WTF Gyms (60 premium gyms of our own across Delhi NCR), WTF Powered (~200 partner gyms), Metaboliq, EVRYDAY nutrition, WTF Academy, WTF Equipment and more. Every month we buy plumbing, electrical, AC, carpentry and civil work, fit-outs for new gyms, interiors and design, branding, signage, print and pamphlets, uniforms, housekeeping supplies and equipment spares - today without one owner. That is this role.

For a hands-on buyer who has owned indirect / facility procurement across many sites. Not for factory raw-material purchase or a pure store-keeper role.

What you own

- Every non-salary rupee WTF spends on its gyms and offices: maintenance (plumbing, electrical, AC, carpentry, civil), new-gym fit-outs and interiors, design and branding, signage and print, uniforms, consumables and equipment spares.
- A vetted vendor base for each category in Delhi NCR: 3 quotes minimum, rate contracts / AMCs for repeat work, and vendor scorecards on price, quality and turnaround.
- The purchase process:



requisition quotes comparison approval PO work done and verified at the gym bill checked against the PO payment. No PO, no payment.
- Savings you can show: a monthly spend report by category, gym and vendor, and the rupees saved against last price and market price.
- Fast turnaround for the gyms: a broken AC or leaking pipe gets the right vendor the same day.

Who fits

- 5-10 years in procurement / purchase, with 3+ years buying for many sites at once: co-living (Stanza Living, Zolo), hotels and QSR chains, retail chains, gyms (Cult, Anytime Fitness), coworking, or facility-management companies.
- Has handled fit-out / interior, maintenance and marketing-collateral vendors, not only one category.
- Tough, clean negotiator; strong in Excel / Sheets; comfortable with an ERP or procurement tool; visits sites and vendor workshops.
- On-site in Sector 9 Noida, 6 days a week, with local travel to gyms and vendors.

Work: Sector 9, Noida (head office) + regular visits to gyms across Delhi NCR • full time, on-site • 6 days • CTC 10-15 LPA.
