Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage procurement activities for construction materials, civil construction, finishing work, interior finishing, hospital projects, ERP systems, and vendor management.
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and negotiate prices with vendors to meet project deadlines.
- Oversee all aspects of material procurement from planning to execution to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Develop robust relationships with suppliers to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the procurement process.
