Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Procurement Manager role based in Chennai.

The Procurement

Manager will oversee sourcing of materials, fittings, and furnishings for interior projects, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely availability. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts and pricing, and managing purchase orders and delivery schedules in line with project timelines. The role involves close coordination with design, project execution, and site teams to align procurement decisions with technical specifications,



budgets, and client expectations.

The Procurement

Manager will also monitor inventory levels, maintain procurement documentation, and implement procurement policies that support transparency, reliability, and premium project outcomes.

Qualifications

- Solid procurement and supplier evaluation skills, with the ability to source materials and vendors that align with quality, cost, and timeline requirements.
- Experience in contract negotiation and contract management to secure favorable terms, manage risk, and ensure compliance with agreements.
- Robust analytical skills to assess quotations, compare alternatives, track costs, and support data-driven purchasing decisions.
- Prior experience in interior design, construction, architecture, or related industries is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in procurement or ERP tools, MS Excel, and basic project documentation.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain attention to detail under timelines.
