Key Responsibilities

Sourcing Vendor Management

Vendor Sourcing Evaluation: Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers for raw materials, engineering components, consumables, or office supplies.

Negotiation Costing: Negotiate competitive pricing, credit terms, delivery schedules, and quality standards with suppliers to optimize procurement costs.

Vendor Performance Tracking: Maintain regular communication with suppliers to monitor order fulfillment, delivery lead times, and quality compliance.

Purchase Orders Inventory Control

PO Processing: Prepare, verify, and issue purchase orders (POs) based on indents received from production, store, or administrative departments.

Material Tracking Delivery: Coordinate with logistics providers and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of ordered materials to the warehouse or factory floor.





Stock Reconciliation: Collaborate with inventory and stores teams to monitor stock levels, reconcile purchase ledgers, and manage incoming material inspection logs in MS Excel or ERP systems.
