Job Summary

Q Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Procurement Executive with experience in domestic and international purchasing, vendor development, sourcing, and purchase operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely procurement of materials at competitive prices while maintaining quality and supplier relationships.

Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end domestic and international procurement activities.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Handle vendor negotiations, price comparisons, quotations (RFQs), and purchase orders (POs).
- Coordinate with suppliers for material availability, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
- Handle import/export documentation and coordinate with logistics teams for international shipments.
- Ensure timely procurement of raw materials, components, and other business requirements.
- Monitor purchase costs, lead times, and supplier performance.
- Maintain purchase records, vendor databases, and procurement documentation.




- Coordinate with internal departments for material planning and purchase requirements.
- Ensure procurement activities are aligned with company policies and budgets.

Preferred candidate profile

- 25 years of experience in Procurement / Purchase / Sourcing.
- Hands-on experience in domestic and international procurement.
- Knowledge of vendor development, supplier management, and price negotiation.
- Understanding of import/export procedures and procurement documentation.
- Experience in handling RFQs, quotations, purchase orders, and vendor coordination.
- Working knowledge of ERP software and MS Excel.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
