- Attend electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and equipment-related complaints from restaurant outlets and Office.
- Carry out repair and maintenance of kitchen equipment, refrigerators, freezers, exhaust systems, and other appliances.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to avoid equipment breakdowns.
- Provide technical support during recent outlet openings, equipment installation, and setup.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance complaints and minimise operational downtime.
- Maintain records of maintenance work, spare parts, and equipment repairs.
- Coordinate with outlet in-charges and the Corporate Office for maintenance requirements.
- Follow safety procedures and company maintenance policies.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
