Job Title: Electrical Engineer - Maintenance

Positions: 1

Location: Sriperambadur

Experience: 5-7 years

Qualification: Diploma/ B.E Electrical

Salary: 5 lakhs/ annum

Job Responsibilities:
-Maintain heat treatment equipment, furnaces and temperature control systems.
- Handle maintenance of industrial robots and robotic automation systems.
- Handle electrical maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot electrical panels, motors, PLCs, VFDs and control systems.
- Ensure smooth functioning of automated production lines.
- Maintain electrical safety standards and maintenance records.

Additional Requirement:



Valid C License (Electrical Supervisor / Contractor License) - not mandatory.

Key Skills:

· Experience in automotive / auto-component manufacturing

· Experience with preventive & predictive maintenance

· Knowledge of PLC basics and electrical troubleshooting

· Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and breakdown analysis

· Knowledge of TPM / 5S / Kaizen
