Sign Laban Hyderabad branch looking for a responsible and hardworking Factory Supervisor to oversee daily factory operations, manage workers, and handle storekeeping activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production, proper stock management, maintaining cleanliness, and coordinating with other departments.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily factory activities.
- Allocate duties to factory workers and monitor their performance.
- Maintain discipline and productivity among factory staff.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are followed.
- Identify and report operational issues to management.




- Ensure proper storage and arrangement of materials.
- Track stock consumption, wastage, and damaged items.

Requirements

- 6-1 years of experience in factory supervision, storekeeping, or related operations.
- Valuable coordination and team management skills
- Responsible, punctual, and organised.
- Preferred Qualification Diploma or Degree or relevant experience in factory operations, logistics, or store management.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
