- Execute high-volume drink orders with speed, precision, and consistency during peak restaurant hours.
- Provide upscale, engaging hospitality to bar-counter guests, handling food orders, beverage pairings, and complaints professionally.
- Maintain immaculate bar stations, ensuring strict adherence to local health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.

Leadership & Training

- Train and mentor junior bartenders and barbacks on mixology techniques, menu knowledge, and service standards.
- Create weekly scheduling recommendations and delegate side-work duties to ensure smooth pre-opening and closing procedures.
- Enforce portion controls and pour techniques to minimize waste and spillages among the team.

Menu Innovation & Financials

- Design seasonal cocktail menus and curated wine/beer lists that complement the restaurant’s culinary concept.
- Conduct weekly inventory counts of liquor, wine, beer, and dry bar supplies, placing orders with approved distributors.
- Analyze beverage cost percentages and adjust menu pricing or recipes to meet profit margin targets.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
