Job Profile: Senior Designer

Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead design projects from concept to completion while ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
- Engage with clients to understand their design requirements and vision, providing creative and functional solutions.
- Present design concepts and ideas clearly, maintaining effective communication with clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other designers to bring the project vision to life.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure smooth execution of designs.
- Develop detailed plans, layouts, and 3D visualizations for interior design projects using tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, etc.
- Participate in client meetings, presenting design proposals, making adjustments based on feedback, and closing sales.
- Demonstrate the ability to sell design ideas and concepts, assisting in securing new business.
- Stay updated with new design trends, technologies, and software to maintain high standards of work.
- Manage and supervise junior designers, providing guidance and mentorship.

Required Skills:

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to effectively communicate with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Technical Expertise: Proficient in using design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, and other industry-standard tools.
- Client Interaction: Experience in direct client discussions,



handling client feedback, and making necessary design revisions.
- Sales Ability: Basic selling skills to present and convince clients of the proposed designs.
- Adaptability: Strong ability to learn and adapt to new design tools, software, and emerging technologies in the field.
- Aggressiveness: Proactive and aggressive approach to taking ownership of design projects and ensuring successful delivery.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify challenges in design processes and find creative solutions to address them.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
