About the Role

TechBlare is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage and grow the company's social media presence. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and audience engagement, along with a willingness to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media posts, stories, and updates.
- Assist in planning monthly social media content calendars.
- Write creative captions, hashtags, and engaging post descriptions.
- Coordinate with the graphic design and content teams to create social media creatives.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
- Research social media trends, competitors, and relevant industry topics.
- Track basic social media performance metrics and prepare reports.
- Suggest new ideas to improve brand awareness, engagement,



and online visibility.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and their features.
- Good written communication skills.
- Creativity and an interest in content creation.
- Basic understanding of hashtags, captions, and social media trends.
- Familiarity with Canva or other basic design tools is a plus.
- Willingness to learn social media marketing tools and techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Eligibility

- Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience can apply.
- Candidates with a degree or diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field are preferred.
