Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Social Media Handler / Digital Marketing Executive who can manage our social media platforms, create engaging content, produce short-form videos, run Meta advertising campaigns, and generate quality leads.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management
Manage and maintain Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube accounts.
Plan, schedule, and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and other social media content.
Develop and execute social media marketing strategies.
Monitor social media performance and audience engagement.

Content Creation & Video Editing
Create creative social media posts, promotional graphics, and marketing materials.
Shoot and edit engaging short-form videos, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Develop content ideas based on current trends and business objectives.
Write engaging captions, hashtags, and promotional copy in English, Hindi, or Punjabi.

Meta Ads & Lead Generation
Create, manage, and optimize Facebook and Instagram (Meta) advertising campaigns.
Develop lead generation campaigns to attract potential students and overseas applicants.
Monitor campaign performance, audience targeting, engagement, and cost per lead.
Work towards improving lead quality and marketing campaign results.

Website & Digital Presence Management
Manage and update website pages with relevant content.




Handle basic website content management and landing page updates.
Ensure consistency in branding across social media platforms and the company website.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Prior experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Facebook Ads.
Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools.
Video shooting, video editing, and graphic designing skills.
Understanding of lead generation, audience targeting, and digital marketing.
Good content writing and copywriting skills.
Knowledge of SEO, hashtags, and social media analytics.
Basic understanding of website management and landing pages.
Creative thinking, communication skills, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Creative and updated with the latest social media trends.
Proactive, organized, and result-oriented.
Able to handle multiple social media platforms.
Interested in digital marketing, branding, and content development.
Experience in the education, overseas consultancy, or immigration industry will be an added advantage.
