Job Summary

We are looking for a strategic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to manage the company's financial operations, drive financial planning, ensure regulatory compliance, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk.
- Oversee accounting, taxation, audits, and financial reporting.
- Develop financial models and provide business performance insights.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Manage investor relations, fundraising, and financial partnerships.




- Work closely with the leadership team to drive profitability and business expansion.
- Establish strong financial controls and process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3–5 years of relevant finance and leadership experience.
- Experience in Fintech, Logistics, or Automobile industries.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, accounting, taxation, and compliance.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and cash flow management.
- Excellent analytical, strategic, and leadership skills.
- CA / MBA Finance / equivalent qualification preferred.

₹35 LPA – ₹40 LPA + ESOP Equivalent Benefits
