Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and target-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our growing real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, managing prospective clients, promoting residential and commercial properties, and driving successful sales closures.

The candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills, along with a robust passion for achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through direct sales, references, networking and market research.
- Promote and sell residential and commercial real estate projects to prospective buyers and investors.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties based on their budget and preferences.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and initial enquiry to site visits, negotiations and final booking.
- Arrange and conduct property presentations, client meetings and regular site visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, investors, brokers and channel partners.
- Follow up with prospective clients consistently to maximize lead conversion and sales closures.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets through effective sales planning and execution.
- Develop new client networks and explore opportunities for business expansion.
- Handle customer queries, objections and price negotiations professionally.




- Coordinate with marketing, CRM and documentation teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Maintain accurate customer databases, sales pipelines and daily activity reports.
- Stay updated on property market trends, competitor activities and new project launches.
- Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain long-term client relationships.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Proven experience in sales and business development.
- Good knowledge of real estate projects and property markets.
- Expertise in lead generation, client handling and deal closures.
- Strong networking and relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools and sales reporting.

Educational Qualification

Graduate in any discipline. MBA in Marketing or Business Administration will be an added advantage.

Experience Required

2–5 years of experience in real estate sales, property consultancy, business development or related sales industries.

Preferred Candidates: Professionals with experience in residential and commercial property sales, luxury real estate, channel partner networking or property investment advisory.
