We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and experienced Senior Officer to strengthen and develop our Tambaram Branch business.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Gold Loan and Deposit business development, customer acquisition, customer relationship management and business expansion.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Drive and increase Gold Loan business through new customer acquisition and business development.
- Generate new Fixed Deposit, Cumulative Deposit and Recurring Deposit business.
- Identify potential customers and convert enquiries into business.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing customers to increase business opportunities.
- Reconnect with inactive and dormant customers and convert them into active customers.
- Develop strong relationships with existing customers to improve customer retention and loyalty.
- Promote cross-selling opportunities across Gold Loan and Deposit products.
- Achieve assigned monthly business targets for Gold Loans and Deposits.
- Monitor customer portfolios and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Support and improve overall branch business performance.

Candidate Requirements

- Previous experience in Gold Loan and Deposit business is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Gold Loan operations and deposit products (FD, Cumulative Deposit and RD).




- Proven ability to acquire new customers and generate business.
- Good customer relationship and follow-up skills.
- Energetic, positive-minded and target-oriented personality.
- Ability to reactivate inactive customers and develop existing customer relationships.
- Good communication, negotiation and marketing skills.
- Candidates residing in and around Tambaram are preferred. Local candidates only.
