Job Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.

- Respond to customer queries regarding appointments, treatments, and clinic services.

- Schedule appointments and coordinate with respective clinic teams.

- Follow up with patients regarding appointments and feedback.

- Maintain customer records and update call details in CRM.

- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.

- Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication.

Required Skills:
- Positive communication skills in Telugu and Hindi.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.

- Experience in call centers or customer support is preferred.

- Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle calls professionally and work in a team.
