Sangria by cconceptt is a premium *Rooftop Restaurant & Bar* in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, focused on delivering a high-quality fine-dine experience with a strong Continental & Italian menu. We are looking for an experienced and passionate CDP - Continental to join our kitchen team.

*Role Overview:*

The CDP - Continental will be responsible for managing the Continental section independently, preparing and presenting dishes to the highest standards, and supporting the Executive Chef / Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.

*Key Responsibilities:*

*1. Culinary Operations:*

- Independently handle the Continental section - Cold Line, Hot Line, Grill, Pasta, Pizza & Main Course

- Prepare and present Continental, Italian, European & Mediterranean dishes as per SOPs

- Ensure consistency in taste, portion, quality, and plating

- Assist in menu planning, new dish development, and trials

- Prepare bar snacks / small plates suitable for Rooftop Bar service

*2. Quality & Hygiene:*

- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards (FSSAI / HACCP) in the section

- Follow all SOPs for food storage,



labelling, and FIFO system

- Ensure mise-en-place is ready before every service

*3. Team & Cost Control:*

- Train and supervise Commis I, II & III in the Continental section

- Control food wastage, maintain food cost, and manage inventory of the section

- Coordinate with other sections for smooth service during peak hours

*Candidate Requirements:*

- Minimum 6 to 15 years of experience as CDP / DCDP - Continental in a reputed 4/5-Star Hotel, Fine-Dine Restaurant, Rooftop Restaurant, or Lounge & Bar

- Strong expertise in *Continental, Italian, European, and Mediterranean Cuisine* - Pasta, Risotto, Grills, Sauces, Salads, Soups, Appetizers & Main Course

- Good knowledge of kitchen equipment, food safety, and hygiene

- Ability to work in a rapid-paced rooftop dinner service environment

- Good team handling and communication skills

- Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management / Culinary Arts preferred

- Willing to relocate to Raipur for an on-site role
