Job Overview

Base2Brand Infotech is looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to expand its international client base and generate new business opportunities. The candidate should have hands-on experience in international sales, online bidding, and client acquisition, particularly through freelancing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential international clients through online channels.
- Generate business leads using Upwork, Freelancer, and other bidding platforms.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business pitches according to client requirements.
- Communicate with international prospects through emails, calls, and online meetings.
- Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams to present suitable solutions.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert qualified leads into business.




- Maintain records of leads, proposals, and sales activities.

Candidate Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development or International Sales.
- Minimum 1 year of practical experience in international client handling.
- Good understanding of Upwork, Freelancer, and online bidding processes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Ability to generate leads and achieve business conversion targets.
- Experience in IT services or software development sales will be an advantage.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Compensation

Fixed salary plus performance-based incentives/commission, as per company policy and experience.
