Salary: Hiring sheet indicates ₹42,000 budget / ₹38,000 maximum CTC – clarification required.

Genpact is inviting applications for the role of Process Developer – Procure to Pay (P2P).

We are looking for candidates with a deep understanding of day-to-day Procure to Pay operations, particularly invoice processing, cash application-related queries and vendor coordination. The candidate should be capable of maintaining SLAs and ensuring timely completion of assigned activities.

Responsibilities

- Email or fax invoices and arrange for remittance copies to be sent to stakeholders as requested.




- Identify and resolve on-hold invoices, unidentified cash and vendor queries.
- Process daily invoices at assigned sites, ensuring timely payments.
- Follow up on customer and internal disputes, vendor queries and coordinate across departments for resolution.
- Reconcile orders with customer books, validate credits or debits and send them to vendors for payment.
- Resolve queries related to cash applications and coordinate with customers.
- Maintain operational efficiency and meet assigned SLA requirements.

Minimum Qualifications
- B.Com graduation.
- Meaningful experience in relevant finance and accounting operations.
- 1–3 years of experience in Procure to Pay, especially Invoice Processing.
- Willingness to work in versatile rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent English language skills (verbal and written).

Pay: From ₹42,000.00 per month
