We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented freshers to join our Pre-Authorization team. The role involves handling insurance verification, patient payment estimates, and obtaining pre-authorizations for various medical specialties.

Key Responsibilities

- Verify patients' insurance coverage and eligibility.
- Obtain accurate insurance-related information from insurance providers.
- Assist in processing pre-authorization requests for multiple medical specialties.
- Prepare patient payment estimates based on insurance coverage.
- Ensure all information collected complies with company policies and procedures.
- Communicate professionally with insurance representatives over the phone.
- Maintain accuracy and meet daily productivity targets.

Skills & Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.




- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
- Good typing and data-entry skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to communicate confidently over the phone.
- Good decision-making and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with speed and accuracy.
- Positive attitude, discipline and punctuality.

Eligibility

- Freshers from any graduate background can apply.
- Candidates must be comfortable working night shifts.
- Candidates with valuable communication skills are preferred.
