Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Presales Executives with valuable communication skills and an interest in customer engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using marketing-generated leads.
- Handle incoming enquiries and provide project-related information.
- Explain project features, pricing, amenities, and offers.
- Understand customer requirements and qualify leads.
- Schedule and coordinate customer site visits for the Sales team.
- Follow up with prospective customers to improve conversions.
- Maintain customer details, call records, and lead status in CRM.




- Coordinate with the Sales team for effective customer handling.

Requirements

- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused approach and professional attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn CRM.
- Ability to engage with customers and work towards targets.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Work Schedule

- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM - Day Shift
- 6 days per week
- Saturday and Sunday are working days.
- Weekly off: Monday or Tuesday.
