We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for International Voice & Semi-Voice Processes (UK & US Shifts).

Job Details

Job Role: International Voice / Semi-Voice Executive

Process: UK & US International Customer Support

Interview Mode: Virtual Interview Drive

Work Location: Manyata Tech Park | Bellandur | Mahadevapura, Bangalore

Work Schedule: 5 Days Working

Weekly Off: 2 Days Rotational Off

Shifts: UK & US Shifts

Cab Facility: Two-Way Cab Facility Available

Salary Package

Freshers: 26,000 inhand per month

Experienced: Up to 40,000 inhand per month (based on experience and interview performance)

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle international customer queries through voice and semi-voice channels.

Provide professional and effective customer support to UK and US customers.

Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.





Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Handle customer requests, complaints, and inquiries efficiently.

Ensure accurate documentation and timely updates of customer interactions.

Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.

Candidate Requirements

Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible to apply.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to work in UK and US rotational shifts.

Comfortable working in an international customer support environment.

Ability to handle customer queries professionally.

Immediate joiners preferred.
