Work Model & Location RequirementThis is a Remote-First role offering strong day-to-day work-from-home flexibility. However, because high-stakes enterprise pitches, client briefings, and core engineering syncs require in-person collaboration, candidates must reside within a ~2-hour drive/commute radius of our Bengaluru Headquarters to join in office sessions 4 to 8 times per month (typically 1–2 days per week).

Why This Role MattersAs a Solutions Engineer, you will serve as the technical anchor for our revenue team. You’ll bridge the gap between complex supply chain technology and business value, guiding enterprise food and agriculture clients through discovery, live platform demos, and technical validation.

What You Will Do

- Lead Technical Discovery & Demos: Conduct deep-dive technical discovery sessions to uncover prospect pain points, and deliver tailored live platform demos to enterprise decision-makers.
- Build Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs):



Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design, configure, and present custom PoCs and solution proposals.
- Remove Technical Blockers: Act as the trusted technical advisor during the sales cycle, addressing regulatory compliance (FSMA, EUDR), data integration, and security questions.
- Leverage AI Tools: Utilize AI-assisted workflows (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, CRM AI agents) to streamline RFP/RFI responses, objection-handling repositories, and demo setup.
- Inform the Product Roadmap: Gather front-line technical requirements and customer feedback to partner with our remote engineering team on feature prioritization.

What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 2–5 years in a B2B SaaS Pre-Sales, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Sales Consulting role. (Experience in supply chain, agtech, or enterprise SaaS is a plus).
- Technical & Solutioning Ability: Proven track record of understanding SaaS architectures, API integrations, and complex data flows, with the ability to present them clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Communication & Presence: Exceptional verbal and written presentation skills, with a strong track record of commanding the room during executive client meetings (virtual and on-site).
- Proximity & Availability: Based within a 2-hour commute radius of our Bengaluru HQ and available for in-person collaboration 4 to 8 times per month.
