Fabdiz Design Studio is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executives to join our growing team in Bengaluru!

? Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.

Follow up on leads generated through digital marketing and other channels.

Understand customers’ home interior requirements, budgets, and timelines.

Qualify leads and schedule showroom visits and virtual consultations.

Coordinate with design consultants and the sales team.

Maintain customer records and follow-ups through CRM.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and appointment-booking targets.

✅ What We’re Looking

Fluency in English, Hindi,



and Kannada is preferred For 1–5 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Tele-calling, Inside Sales, or Lead Generation.

Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

Strong persuasion and objection-handling abilities.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.

Experience in interior design or real estate will be an added advantage.
