WE ARE HIRING – STATUTORY COMPLIANCE LEAD

Location: Chrompet, Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end statutory compliance operations.
- Handle EPF compliance, ECR filing and PF administration.
- Manage ESIC contributions, registrations and filings.
- Handle state-wise Professional Tax (PT) compliance.
- Manage Gratuity calculations, claims and settlements.
- Ensure Labour Welfare Fund (LWF) compliance.
- Handle multi-state labour law compliance.
- Maintain statutory registers, records, returns and challans.
- Coordinate statutory audits, inspections and labour department queries.
- Monitor changes in labour laws and ensure timely implementation.
- Manage compliance MIS, documentation and reporting.





Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of Indian Labour Laws and Statutory Regulations.
- Hands-on expertise in EPF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity and LWF.
- Experience in multi-state statutory compliance management.
- Knowledge of statutory portals, filings and audits.
- Robust MS Excel, analytical and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently manage statutory compliance operations.

Educational Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (HR) or equivalent.
