Key Responsibilities

- Execute and monitor plumbing, water supply, sewage, drainage, and hot water systems as per approved drawings and specifications.

- Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, and site teams for smooth project delivery.

- Review drawings, technical specifications, and shop drawings for PHE services.

- Prepare and verify BOQs, quantity estimates, and material requirements.

- Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.

- Monitor quality, safety, and compliance with project standards and statutory regulations.

- Coordinate STP, WTP, pumping systems, water tanks, and firefighting interfaces.

- Track project progress, resolve site issues, and ensure timely completion.





- Review contractor bills and certify completed work.

- Prepare project reports, documentation, and as-built records.
