Major Deliverables / Key Responsibilities:
1. Mechanical maintenance of Hot Strip Mill / Plate Mill equipment, comprising Reheating Furnace, Roughing Mill, Finishing Mill, Down Coiler / Up Coiler, CTL, HTL, etc.
2. Knowledge of high-pressure hydraulic systems and their troubleshooting.
3. Maintenance of hydraulic systems, centralized lubrication systems, and grease lubrication systems.
4. Implementation of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and root cause analysis of equipment breakdowns.
5. Valuable technical knowledge of servo valves, logic control valves, proportional valves, and different types of hydraulic systems, including their operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
