Energo Products Private Limited, part of the Energo Group, is an established engineering and manufacturing company serving the Power, Mining, Steel, Cement and Process Industries.

Our product portfolio includes engineered equipment and systems for Coal & Ash Handling, Bulk / Pneumatic Material Handling,Process Controls, Flow Control and other demanding industrial applications.

As we embark on an ambitious phase of business expansion, we are looking for a mature, technically accomplished and commercially oriented professional to lead our manufacturing operations at Coimbatore.

Key Responsibilities The selected skilled will have end-to-end responsibility for:

- Design & Engineering: Product engineering, design optimisation, standardisation, value engineering and development of new products.
- Manufacturing & Operations: Production planning, fabrication, machining, assembly, testing, quality assurance and timely delivery.
- Vendor Development: Building a reliable and competitive supply chain, developing specialised vendors, outsourcing strategies and procurement cost optimisation.
- Commercial Management: Product costing, budgeting, productivity improvement, working capital discipline and manufacturing profitability.
- Quality & Customer Support: Establishing robust quality systems, overseeing installation and commissioning support, resolving field issues and strengthening after-sales services.




- Organisation Development: Building a competent engineering and manufacturing team, establishing accountability, systems and performance-driven processes.

The Ideal Candidate We are looking for an engineering professional who:

- Has 18–25 years of progressive experience in engineered industrial equipment manufacturing, including substantial leadership responsibility.
- Possesses hands-on understanding of mechanical design , fabrication, graded castings ,machining, assembly and industrial equipment testing.
- Has demonstrated capabilities in vendor development, product cost optimisation and manufacturing process improvement.
- Understands the complete product lifecycle—from customer requirements and engineering to successful field performance.
- Has strong commercial acumen and the ability to balance engineering excellence with cost competitiveness.
- Has the maturity to independently lead a manufacturing unit while working closely with corporate management.

Experience in Bulk Material Handling, Coal/Ash Handling, Heavy Engineering, Industrial Machinery or similar engineered equipment businesses will be preferred.
