Role & Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules using MS Project.
- Develop project baseline schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS) and activity sequencing.
- Monitor project progress against planned timelines and identify delays.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Track project milestones, critical path and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement and construction teams.
- Prepare project MIS, progress dashboards and schedule updates.




- Identify schedule deviations and suggest corrective actions.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 5–10 years of experience as a Planning Engineer.
- Hands-on working experience in Microsoft Project (MS Project) is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling, WBS, baseline, critical path and progress monitoring.
- Experience in manufacturing plant, industrial or Greenfield construction projects preferred.
- Candidates from residential, commercial building and Oil & Gas projects are not preferred.
- Good analytical, reporting and coordination skills.
