Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Construction Planning Engineer with SAP software knowledge to plan, schedule, monitor, and control construction project activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in project scheduling, resource planning, progress monitoring, cost control, and coordination with site teams using SAP and other planning tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain detailed construction project schedules, work plans, and milestone trackers.

- Develop project timelines using planning tools such as SAP, Primavera P6, or MS Project.

- Monitor project progress against planned schedules and identify delays, risks, and corrective actions.

- Use SAP for project planning, resource allocation, material tracking, cost monitoring, or project reporting, as applicable.

- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, contractors, procurement, and other departments.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and management dashboards.

- Track manpower, materials, equipment, budgets, and project resource requirements.

- Conduct schedule variance analysis and recommend measures to meet project deadlines.

- Maintain project documentation, work schedules, and progress records.

- Ensure project activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Required Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.

- Experience: 3–6 years in construction planning, scheduling, or project controls.

- Working knowledge of SAP, preferably SAP PS (Project System), SAP S/4HANA, or relevant SAP project-planning modules.

- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project is preferred.

- Good understanding of construction activities, project sequencing, resource planning, and cost control.

- Strong analytical, coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and project reporting tools.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in residential, villa, commercial, or large-scale construction projects.

- Practical experience in preparing baseline schedules, tracking actual progress, and forecasting project completion.

- Ability to coordinate with multiple site teams and meet project deadlines.

- Solid communication skills and a detail-oriented approach.
