We are looking for an experienced Placement Officer to manage and drive campus placement activities at a reputed university in Vijayawada. The candidate should have strong connections with corporate companies, excellent communication skills and experience in student placements and employer relationship management.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end campus placement activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate companies and HR teams.
- Identify and generate new job opportunities for students.
- Coordinate campus recruitment drives, interviews and placement activities.
- Develop industry partnerships for student placements and internships.
- Prepare students for interviews through placement training and career guidance.




- Coordinate with recruiters for job openings and placement requirements.
- Maintain student placement records and recruitment databases.
- Monitor placement statistics and achieve placement targets.
- Organize pre-placement talks, career fairs and recruitment events.
- Coordinate with department heads, faculty and management.

Required Skills

- Experience in university or college placement activities.
- Strong corporate networking and employer relationship management.
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of campus recruitment and placement processes.
- Ability to generate placement opportunities.
- Strong coordination, leadership and reporting skills.
