Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Placement Officer / Corporate Relations Lead to build strong relationships with corporate HR teams, source job opportunities, and facilitate placement drives for trained candidates in Data Analytics and Python Full Stack Development.

The ideal candidate should have a strong network of corporate recruiters, excellent business communication skills, and proven experience in placements, corporate relations, or recruitment within an EdTech company or technical training institute.

Key Responsibilities

1. Corporate Relations & B2B Networking

- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate HR teams, talent acquisition managers, recruitment agencies, and hiring partners.
- Develop a network of companies hiring freshers for entry-level IT and analytics roles.
- Identify new corporate partners and establish long-term hiring relationships.
- Conduct regular outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and professional networking platforms.
- Understand corporate hiring requirements and align them with candidate skills.

2. Placement Drives & Job Opportunities

- Source and coordinate fresher hiring drives for Data Analytics and Python Full Stack Development candidates.
- Identify suitable job openings, internship opportunities, and entry-level technical roles.
- Coordinate with companies to organise campus drives,



virtual interviews, walk-in interviews, and recruitment events.
- Share relevant candidate profiles with hiring partners and coordinate interview schedules.
- Follow up with employers to collect interview feedback and placement updates.

3. Candidate Placement Coordination

- Coordinate with training and academic teams to identify placement-ready candidates.
- Maintain an updated database of candidates, job openings, corporate contacts, and placement status.
- Prepare candidates for interviews in coordination with the training and career guidance teams.
- Track applications, interview attendance, selections, and final placement outcomes.
- Support candidates throughout the recruitment process.

4. Reporting & Performance Management

- Maintain records of corporate partnerships, job opportunities, placement drives, and hiring outcomes.
- Prepare regular reports on placement activities and candidate selection status.
- Monitor placement performance and work towards achieving placement targets.
- Provide feedback to internal teams regarding employer expectations and industry hiring trends.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant qualifications are preferred.




- Minimum 3 years of experience in placement, corporate relations, recruitment, or employer engagement.
- Experience working with an EdTech company, technical training institute, skill development organisation, or recruitment firm.
- Established connections with corporate HR and talent acquisition teams.
- Experience sourcing fresher hiring opportunities in the IT industry is highly desirable.

Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be well-connected with corporate HR professionals and capable of generating consistent job opportunities for freshers trained in Data Analytics and Python Full Stack Development. Candidates with a proven track record in corporate tie-ups, fresher placement drives, and technical institute placements will be preferred. Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
