Key Responsibilities

- Collect blood samples through venipuncture, finger-prick, or heel-prick procedures.

- Verify patient identity and explain the blood collection process.

- Label and document specimens accurately.

- Follow infection control, safety, and quality assurance procedures.

- Prepare and maintain phlebotomy equipment and supplies.

- Transport specimens to laboratories according to established protocols.

- Monitor patients for adverse reactions during and after blood collection.

- Maintain patient confidentiality and medical records.

- Adhere to healthcare regulations and standard operating procedures.

- Assist with specimen processing and other laboratory duties as required.

Required Qualifications





- High school diploma or equivalent (minimum requirement in many settings).

- Phlebotomy certification or training from an accredited institution.

- Knowledge of anatomy, specimen handling, and laboratory safety practices.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
