Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver comprehensive subject-specific lessons as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Develop lesson plans, teaching resources, assignments, and assessment materials.
- Ensure in-depth conceptual understanding and subject mastery among students.
- Prepare students for board examinations through structured academic planning and regular assessments.
- Implement innovative and student-centred teaching methodologies.
- Monitor, evaluate, and maintain records of students' academic performance.




- Identify learning gaps and provide appropriate academic support to students.
- Maintain effective classroom discipline and encourage critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Integrate digital tools and technology into the teaching-learning process.
- Collaborate with academic coordinators and school management for curriculum planning and academic development.
- Conduct parent-teacher interactions and provide regular feedback on students' progress.
- Participate in departmental meetings, training sessions, and other academic activities.

Eligibility Criteria
- Master's Degree in the relevant subject from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. is mandatory.
- Solid command over the respective subject.
- Relevant teaching experience at the Senior Secondary level (Classes XI–XII) will be preferred.
- Experience with CBSE curriculum and board examination preparation will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
