Role: Manage one petrol pump outlet in Howrah,West Bengal. Full time, rotational shifts. Reports to the Managing Director.
Responsibilities
- Run daily operations: shift opening and closing, meter and cash reconciliation, daily sales report
- Control stock: tank dips, variation tracking, tanker decantation checks
- Supervise attendants and cashiers: rosters, training, discipline
- Keep PESO, Legal Metrology, fire and pollution licences valid; enforce safety rules
- Resolve customer complaints and grow lubricant and non-fuel sales
Requirements
- Graduate with 3+ years in fuel retail, including 1+ year as supervisor or manager
- Knowledge of dip reading, density checks and dispenser reconciliation
- Excel and POS or accounting software
- Bengali and Hindi; basic English
- Honest, firm, calm under pressure
