Position: Personal Assistant / Secretary to Senior Management
PPZ is looking for a proactive, well-organised and qualified Personal Assistant / Secretary to join our Head Office team in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the calendar, appointments and meetings of senior management.
- Handle emails, correspondence and official communication.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and follow-ups.
- Organise official and personal travel arrangements, hotel bookings and itineraries.
- Manage and coordinate personal expenses, payments, bills and expense records.
- Handle personal and professional commitments, appointments and scheduling.
- Prepare reports, presentations and meeting minutes.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and personal information.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative coordination.
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience as a Personal Assistant / Secretary / Executive Assistant.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, email management and calendar coordination.
- Strong organisational skills, discretion and time management.
- Ability to manage both professional and personal responsibilities with complete confidentiality.
