Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting Reconciliation

Book-keeping Ledger Maintenance: Maintain accurate digital ledgers for personal bank accounts, family trusts, personal credit cards, and sole proprietorship/consultancy accounts.

Bank Asset Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliations, track personal expenses, reconcile credit card statements, and log asset purchases/disposals.

Cash Flow Management: Monitor personal cash inflows, manage routine bill payments (utilities, insurance premiums, credit cards, club memberships), and maintain petty cash for personal setup.

Taxation, Compliance Coordination

Tax Filing Support: Collate financial records, bank statements, investment proofs, and capital gains statements for smooth filing of Advance Tax, Income Tax Returns (ITR), and GST returns.

Investment Portfolio Tracking: Maintain updated schedules of fixed deposits,



mutual funds, real estate holdings, shares, and insurance policies; track interest incomes and maturity schedules.

CA Auditor Liaison: Coordinate directly with external Chartered Accountants, financial advisors, and tax consultants to execute annual audit activities and compliance filings promptly.
