Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in handling customer enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and sales documentation. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, good knowledge of MS Excel, and the ability to communicate confidently with customers over phone calls and emails.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the sales team for customer enquiries and follow-ups.
- Handle incoming sales enquiries through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, offers, pending enquiries, and order status.
- Prepare and maintain quotations, sales reports, enquiry records, and customer databases.
- Coordinate with technical, production, and dispatch teams to obtain necessary updates.




- Understand basic technical product specifications and assist in sharing product information with customers.
- Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective customers.
- Track pending enquiries and ensure timely follow-ups to improve sales conversion.
- Maintain accurate sales documentation and update records regularly.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the sales department.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to communicate confidently and fluently with customers over phone calls.
- Valuable email drafting and professional communication skills.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
